NMF II works with the following Browsers:

• Internet Explorer version 8+ to 11 ^*
• Firefox version 3.5+ ^*
• Chrome version 35+ ^*

You can check the version of the browser by clicking on "Help" -> "About Internet Explorer/Firefox". 

ActiveX controls and Plugins to enable for Scan Tool

The ActiveX settings required to enable the Scan Tool in NMF II application to do Scan / View Images.

For Internet Explorer 8.0 & above::

• Select "Tools" from the menu-bar of the browser.
• Select "Internet Options".
• Under the title "Security", Click on "Custom level".
• Click on "ActiveX controls and Plugins".
• Click "Enable".
• Restart the Browser.

For Google Chrome & Firefox :

• NMF II Request you to download and follow the instructions to know more about Scan in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Clear Cache Memory

Sometimes the browser cache memory gets "clogged" and refreshing may not work, as a result of which you might face problems logging into NMF II. Request you to follow the below steps to clear cache memory.

For Internet Explorer 8.0 & above:

• Select "Tools" from the menu-bar of the browser.
• Select "Internet Options".
• Under the title "Temporary Internet files", Click on "Delete Files".
• Delete cookies, clear history.
• Click on "Apply" / "OK".
• Restart the Browser.

For Google Chrome:

• Select Customize and control Google Chrome(Right corner of the Browser).
• Select – More tools – Clear all Browsing data.
• Select Clear browsing history, Empty the cache and Click on Clear browsing data.
• Restart the browser.

For Firefox:

• Click on Menu and choose "Options".
• Select the "Advanced" panel,  click on "Network" tab in the pop-up.
• Under the Section "Cached Web Content", click on "Clear Now".
• Click on "OK" to close "Options" window and restart the browser.

Pop-up Blocker Settings

For Internet Explorer 8.0 & above:

• Choose Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker settings.
• Enter the URL of the site in the textbox under "Address of website to allow:" and click  "Add" button.
• Click "OK" button.
• Restart the browser.

For Firefox:

• Click on Menu and choose "Options".
• Select the "Content" panel, check "Block pop-up windows".
• Block pop-up windows: Uncheck this to disable the pop-up blocker altogether.
• Exceptions: This is a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.
• Enter the URL of the site in the textbox under "Address of website:" and click "Allow" button.
• Click "Close" button.
• Restart the browser.

For Google Chrome:

• Click on Menu and choose "Settings".
• In the "Advanced" section, click Site settings or Content settings.
• Scroll to Pop-ups section and choose preferred setting.
• If "Allow all sites to show pop-ups" is selected then this will disable pop-up blocker altogether.
• Manage exceptions: This is a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.
• Enter the URL of the website in the textbox under "Hostname pattern" and choose "Allow" under Behavior.
• Click "Done" button.
• Restart the browser.
